Delivery and Payment at N-SHOES

N-SHOES Delivery Methods:

Store Pickup from our shops in Kharkiv.
Nova Poshta: to a branch or parcel locker.
Courier Delivery to the specified address (to your door).
International Shipping: DHL, FedEx, UPS.

Maximum delivery time is up to 3 working days after order confirmation.

How does fitting and inspection work?

At "Nova Poshta" branches, you always have the opportunity to preview and try on the goods before paying.

Unsure about the size?

Order 2 adjacent sizes or 2 different models to choose from, ensuring you find the perfect pair.

Shipping Details

Orders containing 2 items will be delivered as separate parcels. This allows you to choose and pay only for the items that suit you.

If the item doesn't fit or you are not satisfied for any reason — you can refuse it during the inspection. Delivery and COD fees are not charged in this case.

Warning! Cash on Delivery Restrictions

Delivery with "Cash on Delivery" (payment upon receipt) is not available in the following cases:

For goods worth less than 1000 UAH;
For orders containing more than 2 units of goods;
For customers whose order history shows an excess of parcel refusals over successful payments.

1. Prepayment

Most Profitable!

After placing an order, you will receive payment details via email. Payment can be made via bank transfer, terminal, or card.

Advantage: By choosing this method, you do not pay the "Cash on Delivery" fee (saving 20 UAH + 2% of the purchase amount).

2. Cash on Delivery

Pay Upon Receipt

You pay for the goods and delivery cost directly at the courier service branch upon receipt.

Service Fee: Charged by Nova Poshta — 20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount.

*We recommend choosing "Cash on Delivery" for your first purchase to verify quality. Regular customers usually prefer prepayment to save money.
