N-SHOES Delivery Options
Delivery time: maximum 3 business days after order confirmation.
Minimum Prepayment for Your Order
Orders are shipped with a minimum prepayment (deposit) for each pair separately. The prepayment amount is deducted from the total price of your order at payment.
If the shoes do not fit and you refuse the parcel during inspection, the deposit covers the Nova Poshta delivery and return shipping costs — you pay nothing extra.
How Does the Try-On and Inspection Work?
At Nova Poshta branches, you always have the opportunity to inspect and try on the item before paying.
Not Sure About the Size?
Order 2 adjacent sizes or 2 different models to choose from — the prepayment is made for each pair separately.
Shipping Details
Orders containing 2 items are delivered as separate parcels. This lets you pay for and collect only what fits.
If the item does not fit, you can refuse it during inspection at the branch. In that case, your deposit covers the delivery and return shipping, and there are no additional payments on your side.
Please Note! Cash on Delivery Restrictions
Delivery with the "Cash on Delivery" service (payment upon receipt) is not available in the following cases:
for items priced under 1,000 UAH;
for orders containing more than 2 items;
for customers whose number of refused parcels exceeds their number of successful purchases.

1. Full Prepayment (IBAN / Card)
After placing your order, we will send the payment details to your e-mail / Viber / SMS. You can pay via any banking app (Privat24, Monobank) or terminal.
Advantage: you do not pay the Nova Poshta money transfer fee (saving 20 UAH + 2% of the amount).
Pay on Delivery
2. Deposit + Cash on Delivery
When placing your order, you make a minimum prepayment for each pair, and pay the remaining amount (minus the deposit) directly at the branch after inspection and try-on.
Service fee: the Nova Poshta cash-on-delivery fee is 20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount.
We recommend this method for your first purchase to make sure of the quality. Regular customers usually choose full prepayment to save on fees.
