Seasonality and Warranty Terms

The warranty period for wear (operation) is calculated from the date of sale or the beginning of the corresponding season:

Season	Valid Period
❄️ Winter Season	November 15 to March 15
☀️ Summer Season	May 15 to September 15
Spring-Autumn Season	March 15 to May 15 and September 15 to November 15

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the item.

Return Options:

1. At the Courier Service Branch (Nova Poshta):
   You can refuse the order at the time of receipt or after trying it on (if ordered via Cash on Delivery). Inspection includes the ability to try on the shoes. If they don't fit, simply inform the operator, and the order will be returned (at the sender's expense).
2. Returning After Receipt:
   If you have already collected the parcel, a return is possible within 14 days. In this case, you pay for the return shipping costs.

Refund Procedure

To receive a refund, please inform us of your intention to return the item. You will need to provide:

• Receipt of payment for courier services / Online payment receipt;
• Bank card details (IBAN);
• Documents confirming your identity (in accordance with legislation).
