If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the item.

You can return items within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
Key condition: the item must be unused, with its original appearance, labels, and consumer properties preserved.

You can refuse the order at the time of receipt or after trying it on (if ordered via cash on delivery). Parcel inspection includes trying on the shoes. If they don't fit, simply refuse the parcel, and it will be returned to us at the sender's expense.

Returning after receipt.
If you have already taken the parcel home, the footwear can be returned within 14 days — only in new condition, complete with all original contents, and without any signs of wear. In this case, you pay for the return shipping. To arrange a return, fill in the return claim form and attach the payment receipt. Once we receive the parcel, we will verify that the footwear is new and refund the money within 3–5 days to the IBAN account specified in the claim form.

✓an identity document (in accordance with legislation).
Timeline: refunds are processed to your bank account within 10–14 banking days after we receive and inspect the goods.
