Best Value
1. Online Prepayment
Made through a secure payment service on the website. This is a full prepayment of your order before shipping.
Advantage: you do not pay the postal money transfer fee (20 UAH + 2% of the amount).
Pay on Delivery
2. Deposit + Cash on Delivery
When placing your order, you make a minimum prepayment (deposit) for each pair, which is deducted from the total price. You pay the remaining amount after inspecting and trying on the shoes at the Nova Poshta branch — only for the items that fit you.
If the shoes do not fit, the deposit covers the Nova Poshta delivery and return shipping costs.
Important Cash on Delivery Restrictions
Payment upon receipt is not available in the following cases:
the item is priced under 1,000 UAH;
the order contains more than 2 items;
the customer's order history has more refusals than successful payments.
Multiple-Item Delivery
Orders containing 2 or more items are automatically split and delivered as separate parcels (waybills), regardless of the chosen payment type.
This lets you try on each pair separately and pay for and collect only what fits perfectly. When you buy an item, you pay no extra delivery fees — and if a pair does not fit, its delivery and return shipping are covered by your deposit.
