About the Polish factory Nessi
Nessi is a family-run Polish shoe manufacturer founded by Sikora and Alot. The company deliberately stayed in a narrow niche instead of expanding into everything: women's footwear made from natural materials for everyday wear, the office and occasions.
The design team follows European fashion trends but adapts them to a real wardrobe — core black, beige, brown and white shades, restrained hardware, and silhouettes that survive longer than one season. Nessi models have been shown repeatedly at footwear trade fairs in Poland.

Walk around on a carpet. If the size is off, we will exchange the pair within 14 days.
Caring for Nessi leather shoes
Natural materials last for years when they are looked after. Before the first wear, treat the upper with a water-repellent product — a leather formula for leather, a suede formula for suede.
Dry the pair at room temperature, away from radiators and heaters: direct heat warps the last and dries out the leather. Use shoe trees or plain paper.
Clean suede with a dry crepe brush once it is fully dry; polish smooth leather with a matching cream every 7–10 days of wear.
Warranty and returns
Every Nessi pair carries a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects: sole separation, seam failure and hardware defects.
Exchange or return within 14 days for footwear in resalable condition, unworn and with its packaging, under the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights Protection.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, wearing winter models out of season, or damage caused by drying shoes on a heater.

Yes. We work directly with the Polish supplier, and every pair comes with factory marking, the original box and the manufacturer's insert.
Does Nessi run small or large?
Most models are true to size. For a wide foot and for fur-lined winter models we recommend sizing up.
Can I try the shoes on before paying?
Yes — at the N-SHOES store in Kharkiv, or at a Nova Poshta branch if you order with the try-on option.
