How to choose
Size, material and season
Sizing, not quality, is the main reason for returns. That is why every product card states the insole length in centimetres. Measure your foot in the evening, standing, from heel to longest toe, then add 0.5 cm for mid-season pairs and 1 cm for winter models with shearling.
- Leather stretches 2–3 mm in width, never in length
- Suede and nubuck need a water-repellent spray before first wear
- Chunky soles fit tighter — allow extra room
- Store pairs with a shoe tree or paper filling between seasons

What customers ask about Ukrainian-made footwear
Is it real leather, not synthetic?
Every product card lists the upper, lining and insole materials separately. Where it says full-grain leather or natural suede, that is the upper material of the pair, with no substitutions.
How does the price compare with Polish brands?
Manufacturing in Ukraine removes import duty and cross-border logistics, so a comparable pair costs 20–35% less than its Polish equivalent.
Can I try shoes on before paying?
Yes. In Kharkiv, in the store; in other cities, at the courier branch before payment.
What if the size does not fit?
Exchange or return within 14 days, provided the pair keeps its saleable condition, insole and box, and the sole shows no signs of wear. Details on the exchange and returns page.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects: sole separation, seam failure, faulty hardware. Mechanical damage and natural sole wear are not warranty cases.
Do you stock children's sizes?
No. N-SHOES carries women's and men's ranges only, EU 36–46.
