Interesting Facts

However, the situation where people paid different prices for the same product seemed wrong to American Quakers. They actively promoted the shops to hang price tags.
- The first shopping center appeared in the ancient Roman forum of Trajan. It had 150 shops selling various goods.
- Friday used to be considered a market day. On Friday, upon receipt of the goods, some promised to return the money for the next market day. That's where the phrase "He has seven Fridays a week" came from - people who don't keep their promises.
