In 1994, they founded a joint venture with Big Star Holding AG and called it Big Star Limited, which began producing clothing for Poland, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Belarus.
2004 was an important moment in the history of Big Star: the brand's products were presented in more than 200 stores in Eastern Europe and generated significant income. But back in the late 1990s, Big Star Holding AG encountered financial difficulties, which led to the company's bankruptcy in 2004. The Turkish trading group Eroglu Group acquired the brand, and in 2008 Bogdan Kaczmarek and Wieslaw Kostera bought full rights to the Big Star trademark, moving the brand entirely to Poland.
In 2014, Big Star underwent a rebranding that changed not only the logo, but also the brand’s audience. With the new logo, which features a majestic star in the background, the brand has become more youthful and modern. But despite these changes, Big Star retains its historical value and quality.
