N-SHOES personal account: N-SHOES Club, Casper the cat, N-Club discount, Nova Poshta and 8 games

01Overview

The N-SHOES personal account is the customer’s own space on shoes-poland.com.ua. It brings together order history, the N-Club loyalty discount, saved delivery addresses, foot measurements, a seasonal shopping plan and the “Invite a friend” programme.

The key idea of the update is one phone number equals one profile. The N-Club discount in stores and online is counted by phone number, so the account automatically finds all your previous orders with that number — even those placed without logging in.

The second idea is gamification. Casper, a blue-eyed cat, lives in the account: he suggests the next step, hands out quests, grows with you from “Kitten” to “N-SHOES Legend” and unlocks new features. Most quests require no purchase — they help you pick the right size and find your pair faster.

03One number — one profile

When you sign up or change your contact details, the account checks that the number isn’t already linked to another profile. The number is recognised in any format: 099…, +38 (099)…, 380…

“Transaction history” now has an “All my purchases” block: completed orders, pairs bought, total spent, your N-Club tier and a list of orders with colour-coded statuses, sizes and links.

04N-Club discount

N-Club is a loyalty discount linked to your phone number. The tier depends on the number of pairs bought, not the amount spent. In-store and online purchases count together.

In the account, your discount is shown as a bank-style card: graphite for Standard, silver for Silver and black-and-gold for VIP. Below it is a progress scale showing how many pairs remain to the next tier.

05N-SHOES Club and Casper the cat

N-SHOES Club is the game layer of the account. Useful actions earn you “Casper paws”, and the cat grows and unlocks new features. Paws are game points and do not replace the N-Club discount.

How to earn paws

There are also repeatable achievements: +10 paws per pair bought (up to 20 pairs) and bonuses for further reviews and friends. The account has 9 badges, including “First step”, “I know my size”, “Season-ready”, “Shoe expert” and “Gamer”.

06Foot profile and size

The foot profile is the most useful feature for anyone ordering without a fitting. You save the length of your left and right foot, the insole length of a favourite pair, your usual size, width, instep, preferred fit, calf girth, favourite materials and brands that fit you well.

1. In the evening, stand on a sheet of paper — feet get slightly larger by the end of the day.
2. Trace your foot with a pencil held upright.
3. Measure from the heel to the longest toe. Repeat for the other foot.
4. Enter the larger value in your account — Casper instantly shows an approximate EU size.

07Seasonal wardrobe

“My season” helps you plan footwear for the year. For autumn, winter, spring and summer you choose shoe types, a status (“Need”, “Later”, “Already have”, “Found a model”), a budget and a colour. Casper points out which seasons are not planned yet. Reminders and purchases happen only when you decide.

08Games and quizzes

Casper’s arcade has 8 simple, addictive games. They work on phones, tablets and computers: swipes, finger drag or keyboard.

Records are saved in your profile. Besides the games, there are three useful quizzes: “Find your pair” opens the right catalogue section after three answers, “Shoe expert” tests your knowledge of care and materials, and “Size master” calculates an approximate size.

09Purchases, wishlist and alerts

10Address book and Nova Poshta

The address form is built for Nova Poshta delivery. First you enter the recipient — last name, first name and patronymic, phone. Then you choose the method: branch, parcel locker or courier. The city is found from the first letters, the branch by number or street.

The account fills in the rest: address, city, postcode, country and region. A saved address is filled in at checkout, and you can make it your default with one switch.

11Invite a friend

Your account has a personal link and code for friends. Share it in one tap via Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp. When a friend signs up via your link you get Casper paws, and even more after their first purchase. The list of invited friends and their statuses is shown in the account.

12Community and newsletter

N-SHOES Club works together with the newsletter: it brings discount reminders, private sales, new arrivals in your size and seasonal tips. 2–4 e-mails a month, no spam. You can unsubscribe at any time in “E-Mail newsletter”, but the club then closes.

The “Community” section has a step-by-step guide to the @nshoes_bot Telegram bot (discount, orders and new arrivals in one chat), private N-Club groups that unlock from the “Explorer” level, and all store contacts.

13Security and privacy

• Only you and a consultant can see your foot measurements; you can delete them with one button.
• Password strength meter and strong password generator.
• The phone number is formatted automatically: +38 (0XX) XXX-XX-XX.
• Your data is not shared with third parties.

14How to start

1. Sign up with the phone number you use for N-SHOES purchases.
2. Open “N-SHOES Club · Casper” in the account menu.
3. Measure your feet and save your profile — your first quest worth 40 paws.
4. Add a Nova Poshta address — your next order will be faster.
5. Connect @nshoes_bot and play the arcade.
