The TAPI company was founded as a continuation of the activity of a handicraft factory, opened in 1950, when the eldest of the urov family began production in his own house in Rabka Zdrój. Over the years, the company grew and in the early 90s moved to neighboring Jordan, where it still operates.

Today the brand is widely known in European countries and is associated with high quality and reliability. Much of the footwear is still hand-sewn. The brand's offer includes stylish men's classic shoes.
